Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Residency in Lahore is mandatory.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in business development, sales, and market analysis.
- Proven ability in client relationship management and customer engagement.
- Skilled in strategic planning and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is advantageous.
