Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and business development plans.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized logistics solutions that meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Manage client engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Residency in Lahore is mandatory due to the on-site nature of the role.
- Strong business acumen with proven skills in business development, sales, and market analysis.
- Proficient in client relationship management and customer engagement techniques.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software is advantageous.
