BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

AdInfinity Advertising, a well-established Outdoor Advertising Agency specializing in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and outdoor media solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, media, sales, or business development, with proven skills in client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication and presentation abilities, a confident personality, and a solid understanding of corporate advertising and outdoor media. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new corporate clients and identify business opportunities to expand AdInfinity’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, companies, and advertising agencies to foster long-term partnerships.
- Promote AdInfinity’s outdoor advertising and OOH media solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse corporate audiences.
- Strong network and connections within the corporate sector to facilitate business development.
- Experience in advertising, media, sales, or business development roles.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and manage relationships effectively.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Good understanding of corporate advertising trends and outdoor media landscape.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Relevant experience in the outdoor advertising or media industry is preferred.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs140,000 per month, complemented by attractive incentives.
- The position is based at M M Alam Road, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
