The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and eCommerce partners, and promoting Alfa Courier’s logistics solutions. This role requires developing and executing effective sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The manager will work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure high service quality, gather client feedback, and continuously refine service offerings. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, managing the sales pipeline, and providing regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
