Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and demonstrations to support clients in making informed decisions.
- Efficiently close deals while maintaining a high sales conversion rate.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
