Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field operations by actively pitching the platform to potential users, onboarding them, and driving direct signups in the market.
- Manage the backend portal daily, including updating user listings and monitoring overall platform operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Utilize advanced AI tools such as image and video generators, along with Canva and Photoshop, to efficiently create social media posts, logos, and other marketing materials.
- Develop sharp and engaging marketing copy to support digital campaigns and enhance field efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage business owners and pitch ideas effectively in person.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and image generators to accelerate digital marketing tasks.
- A high sense of urgency and the ability to work independently without detailed instructions, demonstrating quick adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel for field operations and attend strategic alignment meetings at the office located in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
