Business Development Officer – Khushab

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join HitroTech Telecom in Khushab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting ONIC telecom products and services, acquiring new customers, and building strong business relationships. This role requires consistently meeting monthly sales and activation targets through a proactive and independent approach. It is a full-time, on-site field position that demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously to achieve assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers and identify business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Effectively promote ONIC SIM cards, packages, and related telecom services.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and activation targets set by the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, retailers, and potential partners.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress toward targets.
- Work independently in the field, meeting customers as required to drive sales.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecom, or customer acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets for record-keeping and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field and engage with customers in person.

- Competitive base salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
