Business Development Officer (BDO)

This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and generating client leads within the engineering and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will actively promote the company’s solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, builders, and consultants, and ensure consistent follow-up through client meetings and market visits. Preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and business development reports will be a key part of the role, alongside meeting assigned sales targets. The position requires an in-person presence, with a preference for candidates located near Multan Road, Chung, or Sundar Industrial Estate in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential client leads.
- Promote the company’s engineering and industrial solutions to target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, contractors, builders, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, market visits, and timely follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and comprehensive business development reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Commerce (B.Com), or an MBA.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective email communication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
