Business Development Officer & Brand Ambassador

Design Build Live (DBL), a well-established architecture and construction firm based in Islamabad, is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join its expanding team. This senior-level role involves driving business growth while serving as a key representative of the company’s brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and brand representation within the architecture, real estate, or construction sectors. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business development initiatives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase DBL’s market share and expand its client base.
- Represent DBL at high-profile client meetings, industry events, and site visits to strengthen business ties.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador in marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and public engagements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry partners.
- Manage inbound inquiries through phone and messaging platforms, converting them into qualified business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and marketing teams on strategic positioning and campaign development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches to secure new projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust business strategies.
- Report directly to senior leadership on business development progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales leadership, or client relations, preferably within architecture, real estate, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing key accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong executive presence with confidence in representing a brand publicly.
- Strategic thinker with advanced negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
