Business Development Officer

Fortdice Software House is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Female Business Development Officer to join our team full-time at our office located in Punjabi Saudagaran Society, Scheme 33, Karachi. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting set targets within a fast-paced and growth-driven environment. The working hours for this position are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads through multiple channels. Identify and approach potential clients using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other outreach methods. Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships by conducting meetings, presentations, and timely follow-ups. Prepare customized proposals and quotations to meet client needs and convert leads into viable business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively. Consistently achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of all business development activities.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to negotiate and handle clients confidently. Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and online lead generation techniques is necessary. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience within the IT or software industry is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs19,407.56 to Rs60,000.00 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives to reward outstanding achievements.
