Business development officer

Kashmir Wala Group, a prominent name in the aviation industry, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Officer to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and actively contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial mindset and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed business deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of business requirements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Prepare regular business development reports for senior management.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and business discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
- Age between 28 and 32 years.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, corporate relations, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of business development strategies and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional attitude with excellent follow-up and execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- An MBA degree is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the aviation, travel, corporate services, or related industries is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and capable of building long-term partnerships by effectively identifying and converting business opportunities.
