Business Development Officer

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team and contribute to lead generation, client engagement, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in following up with clients, and demonstrate strong relationship-building abilities. This role requires a confident and target-oriented individual who can effectively manage client interactions and support the sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Conduct timely client follow-ups and participate in business meetings to understand client needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and fulfill client demands efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and generate regular reports.
- Support negotiation processes and work towards achieving assigned business targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Proactive, confident, and target-driven personality with excellent client-handling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Immediate availability to join will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in IT, ERP, Software, or Technology sales is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time position based in Karachi with an in-person work requirement.
- The salary range for this role is Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month.
