Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their needs and preferences.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the company’s representative and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A passion for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service aligned with the company’s core values.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
