Business Development Officer (Outbound Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with top-level executives (C-suite) through cold calling and outbound calls.
- Source and generate leads using various channels, including LinkedIn.
- Regularly follow up with prospects to qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to support overall company growth.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while proactively reaching out to potential new clients.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress toward sales and revenue goals.
