PostEx Courier is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to join their Retail Sales team based in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the courier and logistics industry and possess a strong understanding of the local market. This role involves actively acquiring new customers, building lasting relationships with e-commerce businesses, and consistently achieving sales targets to drive growth within the PostEx Retail segment. Candidates must be self-driven, target-oriented, and equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A personal motorcycle is essential for market visits and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers within the Rawalpindi market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce businesses and other potential clients.
- Generate sustainable shipment volumes while consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of PostEx Retail operations in the region.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the courier and logistics industry is mandatory.
- Candidates aged between 25 and 30 years will be given preference.
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Ownership of a personal motorcycle is required to facilitate market visits and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to onboard new businesses and drive sales growth.
