Business Development & Partnerships Associate

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join Xpanair as a full-time Business Development & Partnerships Associate. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys engaging with people, and excels at building meaningful relationships. The successful candidate will be motivated to turn conversations into tangible business opportunities and contribute actively to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive outreach to identify and connect with potential customers, partners, and new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, partnerships, and prospects, guiding them from initial contact through to conversion.
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and ensure that promising opportunities are not overlooked.
- Maintain organized records by tracking outreach efforts and managing ongoing conversations and relationships effectively.
- Identify new opportunities, develop strategic approaches, and take ownership of advancing these initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team, adapting responsibilities as the business evolves and grows.

- Persistent, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to manage outreach efforts at scale.

- Strong values, integrity, and a sense of responsibility are essential; skills can be developed, but character is paramount.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Attitude, execution ability, and willingness to learn are valued more than an impressive CV.
