Business Development Representative-Fresh graduate/Junior

We are seeking a driven and confident B2B Business Development Executive to join our expanding Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in business development and sales, particularly those interested in working with international clients. You will play a crucial part in identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales process to help the company achieve its growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients to build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Generate leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and targeted email outreach campaigns.
- Initiate contact and engage with decision-makers to create meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the Sales team to advance the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Consistently work towards achieving defined sales and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Genuine interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with international clients and adapt to their needs.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is an onsite position located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, providing an opportunity to engage with clients across different time zones.
