About the RoleWe're hiring an energetic and motivated Business Development & Venue Onboarding Executive to expand GymKey and Wellnex Studio across Karachi.

GymKey is a fitness marketplace connecting members with gyms, studios, and other fitness activities.

Wellnex Studio is gym and studio management software for memberships, payments, scheduling, bookings, and daily operations, with built-in GymKey integration.

You'll visit gyms and fitness studios, meet business owners, demonstrate our platforms, secure partnerships, and support successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

Visit potential partner gyms, yoga studios, and fitness centers throughout Karachi.
Conduct in-person meetings and software demonstrations.
Pitch Wellnex Studio and GymKey to business owners and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects, negotiate agreements, and close new customers.
Assist with venue registration, setup, activation, and initial training.
Coordinate member data migration and software onboarding with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and conversions.
Work toward monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable meeting business owners and pitching technology products in person.
Willingness to travel frequently across Karachi.
Access to reliable personal transportation.
Basic understanding of software and mobile applications.
Field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition experience preferred.
Motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary, Commission & BenefitsStarting Salary: PKR 40,000+ per month Uncapped Commissions:

PKR 500 for every successfully onboarded GymKey venue.
PKR 2,000–5,000 for every successful Wellnex Studio customer conversion, depending on the package sold.
Earn commissions on both platforms when a venue qualifies for both.
