Business Excellence Lead

We are seeking a Business Excellence Lead to join our Business Excellence team. This role plays a critical part in monitoring company performance, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling smarter decision-making through precise and insightful analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various functions and markets to transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities

- Track company performance across different functions, markets, and business lines, identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update KPI trackers and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Prepare detailed data analysis for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
- Analyze costs, spending, and resource utilization to uncover savings opportunities and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
- Map current processes to detect delays, redundancies, and manual tasks using data-driven insights.
- Collect and analyze data for retrospectives on major events, projects, and initiatives, ensuring follow-up on agreed actions.
- Develop straightforward financial and operational models to support business cases for new initiatives and opportunities.
- Support cross-functional improvement projects by tracking progress against objectives and providing status reports.
- Collaborate with the Data team to define reporting requirements and work with Finance to integrate budget and actual figures into performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly through simple written reports and visual presentations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Python programming language.
- Experience in ticketing, events, e-commerce, or technology sectors is considered an advantage.
