The Business Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is crucial for supporting and expanding the company’s commercial and client-facing operations. The executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of supply chain and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs and company standards.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Assist in contract negotiations, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to align customer requirements with service capabilities.
- Ensure high service quality by facilitating effective communication between clients and internal departments.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and report preparation to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple projects, following up on leads, and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain concepts; experience in freight forwarding or maritime services is advantageous.
- Comfortable using office productivity tools such as MS Office, email, and CRM or sales tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in a commercial or logistics role is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate within a dynamic, client-focused team environment.
