Business Growth and Sales Executive

ePOSmatic Pvt. Ltd., located in Peshawar, Pakistan, is seeking two full-time Business Development Officers to join its team. The successful candidates will be energetic professionals dedicated to expanding the company’s customer base and building strong relationships with businesses interested in digital transformation solutions. This role requires engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable digital transformation solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase offerings.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in business development or sales within the technology sector will be given preference. ePOSmatic offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs110,000 per month. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for sales commissions and performance-based bonuses. The company also provides ongoing training and development opportunities to support career growth and advancement. This position requires working on-site at the Peshawar office.
