Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst at LOKAL plays a critical role in enhancing daily operations by focusing on three main areas: optimizing operational processes, translating business needs into technology solutions, and boosting the performance of the Online Sales Team. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to improve and lead processes rather than simply following them.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Improvement & Optimisation
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement corrective actions, including automation where applicable.
- Develop, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring team-wide adoption and compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews of key reconciliations and operational outputs to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Tech Product
- Convert business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the development team.
- Maintain and update the product tracker, ensuring priorities are transparent and aligned with business goals.
- Test new software releases thoroughly to confirm functionality before deployment.

Customer Operations
- Monitor and report on the Online Sales Team’s performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead quality metrics.
- Perform quality checks on calls, lead handling, and bookings, driving corrective measures as needed.
- Lead initiatives to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to clearly document processes and translate them into measurable KPIs.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams; coding skills are not required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- The role is based in-person at Clifton Block 9.
- Monthly salary range: Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
