Business Operations & Growth Generalist

This role is a dynamic, cross-functional position designed for a Business Operations & Growth Generalist who will contribute across operations, growth, sales, marketing, and product teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive execution, improve processes, and launch new initiatives. This position suits someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, takes full ownership of projects from start to finish, and enjoys creating structure where it currently does not exist. The role is full-time with a hybrid work setup, operating from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT, and preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore. The experience range sought is 2 to 4 years, with a monthly salary budget between PKR 200,000 and 250,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations and enhance internal workflows to increase efficiency.
- Drive growth initiatives, including managing partnerships, optimizing sales funnels, and running experiments to test new ideas.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to assist with product launches and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Take full ownership of projects, managing them from ideation through execution and subsequent iterations.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in startups, consulting, operations, or growth-related roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and succeed in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
