Business Solutions Analyst

Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company focused on helping brands expand their global market presence while optimizing operational costs. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional analyst duties by requiring a data-driven professional who can dive deep into data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that improve client engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and produce detailed weekly reports to support informed business decisions.
- Develop innovative reporting tools aimed at enhancing client retention and increasing engagement with Spreetail’s services.
- Identify potential issues related to brand client receipt reconciliation, shipping, or performance, and propose timely solutions to detect, prevent, or resolve these challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that optimize the customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate large volumes of data effectively.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Experience working in an ecommerce fulfillment environment, especially with third-party logistics (3PL).
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a remote position requiring candidates to have their own desktop or laptop with at least a 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor, 4GB RAM or more, and Windows 10 or newer, or macOS.
- Candidates must provide dual monitors, a PC headset, and a high-definition webcam (minimum 720p resolution).
- A strong and stable internet connection is essential, preferably DSL, cable, or fiber with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
