Business Solutions Analyst

Spreetail is a rapidly growing ecommerce company dedicated to helping brands expand their market share globally while optimizing operational costs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on data analysis, equipment reporting, invoice reconciliation, and cost optimization across multiple fulfillment centers. Your efforts will ensure accurate tracking and efficient utilization of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, contributing to improved operational performance and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reporting for Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment across all fulfillment centers, maintaining accurate inventory counts, uptime/downtime status, and usage trends.
- Process and reconcile power equipment invoices, identify billing discrepancies, and proactively flag opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses.
- Act as the primary source of PIT equipment data for direct management and fulfillment center leadership, communicating equipment status changes, maintenance needs, and potential issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain reporting trackers and dashboards to enhance visibility into equipment inventory, performance, usage, and costs across multiple sites.
- Expand reporting and oversight to additional power equipment categories as the program grows, identifying opportunities for improved tracking, accountability, and cost management.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience building and maintaining trackers across multiple sites or distributed operational networks.
- Experience with invoice processing and reconciliation, including investigating billing discrepancies and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Working knowledge of PIT equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, including familiarity with equipment models, basic maintenance, and usage data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on a global offshore team and coordinate asynchronously with U.S.-based fulfillment center leadership.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable work-from-home setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, AI tools, or similar business intelligence solutions for developing and maintaining dashboards is strongly preferred.
- This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to have a desktop or laptop meeting the following specifications: at least a 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor, 4GB RAM or higher, Windows 10 or above, or Mac OSX operating system. Candidates must provide their own dual monitors.
- A strong and stable internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber wired service with a minimum 10 Mbps plan) is required.
- A PC headset and a high-definition external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution are necessary for effective communication.
