This role is centered on utilizing data analytics and strategic insights to foster growth, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation within Quantum Valley. The successful candidate will develop and refine performance measurement frameworks, conduct thorough market research, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is contributing to R&D commercialization and fostering international partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regular performance and customer reports aligned with established targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify critical growth indicators, establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and enhance reporting systems to assess organizational performance effectively.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies focused on growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new performance measurement frameworks alongside advanced analytics models.
- Conduct detailed market and business research to support Quantum Valley’s strategic initiatives and innovation programs.
- Lead the productification of analytic capabilities, including data management, modeling, and insight generation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Prepare forecasts, market analyses, and strategic recommendations to guide policy and operational decisions.
- Support R&D commercialization efforts, evaluate potential partnerships, and contribute to strategies for international collaboration.
- Create comprehensive analytical dashboards for management reporting and policy evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- MS or BS degree in Business Analytics, Management Sciences, Strategic Management, Economics, or Data Science from an HEC-recognized university.
- A STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) combined with an MBA or specialization in Strategic Management is preferred.
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are advantageous.
Experience
- At least 12 years of professional experience in business strategy, analytics, or technology management.
- Proven success in performance analytics, research-driven decision-making, and strategic planning, especially within technology or innovation projects.
- Experience in market research, KPI development, and business intelligence systems.
- Familiarity with public sector R&D, technology incubation, or innovation ecosystems is preferred.
