Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Support the coordination and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and maintain alignment across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all reporting and analysis processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce is essential.
- Mandatory SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline is encouraged.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with Apps Script, Hex, and N8N is preferred but not required.
- Advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications are considered advantageous.
- Candidates will participate in a technical assessment involving real-world scenarios, including data analysis in Google Sheets and SQL querying, to demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills beyond traditional interviews.
