Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring clear, concise, and complete documentation of stakeholder needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to identify risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to align objectives and expectations.
- Perform business process modeling and analysis to identify and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and deepen domain knowledge relevant to the supported business areas.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of business analysis best practices and standards within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related technical role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech) or MCA from a reputable university, preferably with a computer science background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and demonstrate openness to learning and adapting new skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform well under pressure.
