Business System Analyst

Hul Hub Pakistan is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating ideas into effective software solutions. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to delivering technology-driven solutions for international projects, gaining valuable exposure and experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite and suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop user stories and process maps to support software development.
- Assist in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help coordinate system integrations involving APIs.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and business users to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Figma to track progress and visualize workflows (knowledge of these tools is advantageous).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques, user story creation, and process mapping.
- Foundational knowledge of UAT, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
