Business Systems Analyst

Hul Hub Pakistan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team in Karachi. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their careers in the software and technology industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business challenges, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems by identifying root causes, risks, and gaps in existing processes.
- Gather, validate, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams to clearly communicate needs.
- Review and analyze current workflows, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Support Agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning, backlog management, and other Agile activities.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet business expectations and requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of Business Analysis principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, user stories, and acceptance criteria formulation.
- Basic familiarity with process mapping, APIs, system integrations, and testing concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
