Business Systems Analyst

Hul Hub Pakistan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team in Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their careers within the software and technology sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business challenges, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems to identify root causes, risks, and process gaps.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements accurately.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Review existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Support Agile methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of Business Analysis principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, user stories, and acceptance criteria formulation.
- Basic familiarity with process mapping, APIs, system integrations, and testing concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
