Business Technology Analyst (Club & ERP)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of club and hospitality CRM and ERP systems, exploring innovative technology landscapes.
- Identify and evaluate gaps in current business and technology processes, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Organize and facilitate technology-focused webinars and podcasts featuring industry leaders in the club, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, perform data and process analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Support testing activities and assist in user training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

This role blends business acumen with technical expertise and offers a clear career path toward becoming a full-time Product Owner or Product Manager within one to two years.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to map, optimize, and document workflows related to club operations and ERP functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in information technology, including familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms and a basic understanding of software development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems such as Odoo or similar platforms, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
