Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review and verify data accuracy before entering to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
Organize, manage, and maintain large datasets efficiently to support company operations.
Train, supervise, and support a team of data entry staff to ensure high-quality work standards.
Develop and implement data entry procedures and best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other software tools to streamline data management tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to gather data requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address challenges to meet deadlines and quality targets.
Prepare routine reports and summaries based on entered data as required by management.
