We at BUTT PAINTS INDUSTRY is looking to hire a valuable Purchase Officer in our Purchase Department in our Head Office LHR
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Supply chain
Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise with external suppliers & parties and can work in a fast-paced working environment
Experience: 2–3Years of Experience (Experience in paint industry or paint chemical field will preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Paints Active and inactive raw material purchase
- Packing material purchase experience, unit carton, wrappers etc.
- Make comparative and purchase orders as per demand
- Identify, assess and shortlist suitable vendors for procurement and able to manage different stakeholder internally and externally
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors
- Build appropriate cycle forecast in coordination with department
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other data
- Responsible to lead the local procurement planning, budgeting, supplier, selections and negotiations activities
- Finalize purchase details of orders and delivers
- Maintain minimum stock level
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
