We are hiring for the position of Compliance Officer in Butt Paints Industry.
QUALIFICATION: Must Graduate in Business Management / Business/Public administration or Professional certification(e.g. certified compliance & Ethics Prfoessional)
EXPERIENCE: Have at least 2-3 year experience as Compliance officer role.
Responsibilities:
- To look after and implement Sales operations related to compliance, policies.
- Design and monitor control systems to prevent rules and internal policy violations.
- Implement manage assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Regularly view efficiency of control system and how to improve it.
- Review company procedure and identify hidden risk.
- Review and evaluate team member work and if any compliance issues are found provide solutions.
- Ensure all employees are well aware of latest regulations processes and policies.
- Reporting on a regular basis to higher management.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of legal and compliance requirement procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
