- Paints Active and inactive raw material purchase
- Packing material purchase experience, unit cartons, wrappers etc.
- Make comparative and purchase orders as per demand
- Identify, assess and shortlist suitable vendors for procurement and able to manage different stakeholders internally and externally
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors
- Build appropriate cycle forecast in coordination with the department
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other data
- Responsible for leading the local procurement planning, budgeting, supplier, selections and negotiation activities
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliver
- Maintain minimum stock level
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
