Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our range of paint products.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base within the paint industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking ways to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and offering solutions that best fit their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the paint industry. ( Experience of other industries related to Paints Industries are also encouraged to apply)
- In-depth knowledge of various paint products, their applications, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business expertise with the ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
