We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales / Call Center Marketing Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers via telephone calls to promote our products and services, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

  •    Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lists or databases.
  •    Present products and services to potential customers in a compelling manner.
  •    Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and close sales.

2. Lead Generation:

  •    Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling efforts.
  •    Gather and document relevant information from leads to facilitate follow-up and conversion.
  •    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and objections, and address them appropriately.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales transactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Paint industry domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
