Buzz Network is seeking a detail-oriented Credential Billing specialist to join our growing digital agency during the night shift. This role focuses on managing and processing credential billing activities, invoice management, and handling bills accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records. The position requires a graduate with at least one year of experience and offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive workplace.
Working from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, this night shift role is based at our Lalkurti, Rawalpindi office. Although the position does not involve managing a team, it plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoice handling, contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage billing data related to credentialing activities into the companys systems.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring all invoicing is complete, accurate, and submitted promptly.
- Handle bill management tasks, including verification, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary billing information and ensure compliance with billing policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track billing deadlines to ensure timely processing of all financial documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain billing accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports related to billing activities as required by management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes and increase efficiency.
