Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of two office assistants to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
Implement and adhere to cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic and orderly office environment.
Perform office cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, and restroom sanitation.
Assist with food and beverage service by preparing meeting rooms and common areas to a high standard.
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper usage.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or facility repair needs to the appropriate department.
Support daily office operations by handling miscellaneous tasks as required to maintain an efficient workplace.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and service activities.
Train and guide team members to uphold cleanliness standards and efficient work practices.
Maintain good communication with office staff to respond promptly to cleaning and service requests.
