Accountax Accounting & Taxation Services, located in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking to hire a qualified CA Finalist (ICAP) who has completed their articleship and gained hands-on experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work with a varied client portfolio, supporting audit engagements, preparing financial statements, conducting accounting reviews, and assisting with tax compliance tasks. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in UAE-based accounting firms or those who have worked with UAE clients, especially with exposure to VAT and Corporate Tax. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 90,000 to 110,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Prepare and review financial statements following International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Examine accounting records, reconciliations, financial schedules, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and audit working papers.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary financial information, address queries, and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support various accounting, audit, advisory, and regulatory compliance assignments.
- Assist with engagements related to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- CA Finalist (ICAP) with completed articleship training.
- Practical experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, ISA, financial statement preparation, and audit documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho.
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and client management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines.
