We CA Gold City Housing Scheme are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Recovery Officer to join our team and help ensure the timely collection of dues from our clients. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including installments collection, pending payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients.
- Contact residents via phone, email, or in-person to remind them of overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements within the guidelines set by the CA GOLD CITY.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions related to recovery efforts.
- Send out reminder notices, final notices, and other relevant correspondence to clients.
- Respond to inquiries from clients about their accounts and provide clear and concise information.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding dues and recovery rates.
- Handle disputes and complaints from residents professionally and empathetically.
