HSE Officer

Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety audits to evaluate compliance with established health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Develop and implement environmental management strategies to minimize the companys ecological footprint.
Monitor workplace conditions and enforce the application of safety audit procedures consistently across operations.
Identify potential safety hazards and collaborate with relevant teams to devise effective mitigation plans.
Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions taken to support internal and external audits.
Educate employees on safety policies and best practices through training sessions and informational materials.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
Support the continuous improvement of the companys health and safety management system.
Assist in incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits as needed.
