• To work from home from 4 am to 12 pm with a half-hour break
  • Reception duties including answering phones, booking and confirming appointments and entering new client details on computer software.
  • Ensuring all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Manage social media with prompt answers to the clients 
  • Data processing and regular client follow up.
  • Any other admin work as required

To be a successful applicant you will require:

  •  Good computer skills 
  •  Ability to learn quickly;
  •  Excellent attention to detail;
  •  Good communication skills (verbal and written);
  •  Reliable and punctual character
  •  Have reliable internet connection
  •  Ability to work independently
  •  Adobe Photoshop skills (desired but not compulsory
