CAD DESIGNER

Loads Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Designer to join its Design & Development Department in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in designing sheet metal parts, dies, jigs, and fixtures. This role involves developing and modifying 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to support product development and manufacturing processes. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure designs meet technical specifications and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Design sheet metal parts, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications accurately.
- Collaborate with Production, Tool Room, and Quality departments to resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawings, CAD models, and design documentation.
- Support product development initiatives, design improvements, and manufacturing activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in CAD design.
- Practical knowledge of designing sheet metal parts, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
