We are looking for a Floor Manager for our restaurant who can manage and supervise the team of captains and waiters for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of restaurant maintining the highest quality of service to customers
Provide direction and guidance to captains and waiters
Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards
Provide excellent customer services
Develop positive dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback
Requirements
A minimum bachelor's degree in any subject
Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience
Must possess good organisational, management, teamwork, communication and leadership skills
Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure
Location: Bahria Town Lahore
Timings: 9 hours shift (Morning/Evening) six days a week
Salary range: Basic Salary PKR 35,000- PKR 45,000 + sales commission + health insurance
