CAFÉ MANAGER – ZOOM FOOD BUSINESS

Zoom Food Café Amalfii is seeking a responsible and energetic Café Manager to lead daily operations at its Ugoki, Sialkot location. The ideal candidate will oversee staff management, inventory control, and sales improvement efforts to ensure smooth and efficient café performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing cash, maintaining records, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be comfortable working evening to late-night shifts and be committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high service quality.
- Handle daily cash management and maintain accurate financial records.
- Identify opportunities to boost sales and enhance overall café performance.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to maintain an effective team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock expiry dates, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Minimize product wastage through effective inventory management.
- Maintain operational and inventory records using MS Excel.
- Uphold café standards and ensure quality customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in café or food service management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Moderate proficiency in inventory control and MS Excel.
- Good cash-handling skills and operational management capabilities.
- Ability to take responsibility for daily operations and staff supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in the food and café industry is preferred.
- Salary range is PKR 55,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with four days off per month.
- One meal per shift is provided.
- Accommodation may be available subject to availability.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Ugoki, Sialkot.
