We are seeking a professional and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of a boutique coffee shop located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This full-time position involves managing an 8-hour shift and ensuring a refined, welcoming, and consistently high-quality café experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the café’s standards in every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the café efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and ensure they receive professional and attentive service.
- Supervise baristas and service staff throughout the shift to maintain service quality.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee, beverages, and food items according to established standards.
- Enforce adherence to all service procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall café presentation.
- Monitor staff grooming, uniforms, and professional conduct consistently.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Track stock levels and coordinate supply needs with the relevant teams.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, product knowledge, and café operations.
- Ensure all opening, closing, and daily operational checklists are completed accurately.
- Provide regular reports on operational issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to management.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead and manage a team with respect and firmness.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Understanding that excellent hospitality encompasses the entire customer experience, not just product delivery.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We are particularly interested in candidates who take pride in service excellence, cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will help create a boutique café atmosphere that distinguishes itself from conventional coffee shops.

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000. The position requires the candidate to work on-site at the café location in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Employment is on a full-time, contract basis.
