1. To establish and continuously enhance brand image of company through modern marketing tools in cost effective manner;
2. To suggest and arrange promotional activities both BTL and ATL, focusing sales growth;
3. To create product awareness, especially new products among mass market through marketing tools;
4. To be responsible for outlet ambience both inside and outside keeping in view the nature of business; this includes facade of outlets;
5. To measure customer perceptions and expectations and submit quarterly report to MD;
6. To improve customer perception of Cakes and Bakes brand, keeping in view customer perception and expectation;
7. To pro-actively coordinate with sales management team with respect to increased customer footfall due to marketing activities;
8. To monitor social media management with respect to visits and activities on Facebook especially; suggest and implement promotional activities through social media;
9. To coordinate with outsourced communication agency for execution of different marketing related jobs/activities;
10. To prepare and present monthly reports as per company/departmental requirements;
