  • Conducting Training Need Analysis and Designing Taining Calendar
  • Assist in designing and developing training content
  • Assist in designing, preparing and execute complete training process
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Organize external trainings according to training calendar
  • Research and recommend new training methods, subjects and strategies
  • Evaluating the training and development programs through pre and post training evaluation
